Billy Carson is joined by researcher Timothy Hogan to discuss what they describe as lost technology built into the pyramids of ancient Mexico. Hogan describes a sealed tunnel discovered beneath the Temple of the Feathered Serpent at Teotihuacan containing reflective minerals, carved green stone figures, pyrite mirrors and pools of liquid mercury, and the pair question why such a toxic material would be deliberately stored there. Carson raises UNESCO's description of Teotihuacan's layout as based on geometric and cosmic principles, and the two discuss a hypothesized alignment with Orion alongside the established Giza pyramid alignment, framing it as evidence of shared ancient knowledge across continents. Hogan outlines Maya cosmology centered on a tree of life with twenty-two branches and ten principal deities, including a chief deity he calls Iotl and the feathered serpent god Quetzalcoatl, also known as Viracocha, comparing depictions of gods flying on serpents in Mesoamerica to similar winged-serpent imagery in Egyptian iconography, and both tie the two traditions to the Hermetic Emerald Tablet principle that the world above mirrors the world below.
